Natural Remedy for Fruit Flies

I always have fruit and veg in a bowl on my kitchen counter. So naturally, I always have fruit flies flying around my kitchen. I buy as much organic produce as I can, so I certainly don't want to spray toxins to kill bugs. That just defeats the purpose of buying organic! This diet effects everyone differently. Our stories are not the same, but many are very similar. This is my story. How going SOS (salt, oil and sugar) free changed my life....for the better. Oven Baked Falafels with Tahini Sauce

Quite proud of this recipe. Hubby says it tastes better than the restaurant! Give it a try, tell me what you think. Falafels are our favorite "dine out" dish. However, our local restaurant fries them in oil, which we try to avoid at all costs. That means we can't have our favorite dish often, and really should not eat it at all. So, here is my attempt at making them at home. Enjoy.
